If you have a way to convert all of the circular polyline figures into actual circles, do that first before importing. Apparently DipTrace has a problem with converting a circular polyline figure into a mounting hole, which seems like a bug to me. If you open Gerber files into third-party Gerber viewer oval shapes will be oval as they should be. That is because PCB Layout doesnt support oval shapes, ellipses are most similar from available shapes. It looks like the circle is actually a collection of polylines forming a circle. If you import Gerber files back to DipTrace oval shapes will look like ellipses. ![]()
